Ingredients
1 1/4 cups long grain rice (uncooked)
14.5 oz can of beef broth
10.5 oz can of French onion soup
1 stick of cold butter
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In an 8×8-inch baking dish, evenly spread the uncooked rice.

Pour the beef broth and French onion soup over the rice.

Slice the cold butter into pats and layer it evenly over the rice and soup mixture.

Cover the dish with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes.
