Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie recommended)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken: Shred the cooked chicken if not already done.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch/blue cheese dressing, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella (if using). Mix well.
