Description

This Easy Blender Red Pepper Sauce combines the sweetness of roasted red bell peppers with savory herbs and spices, creating a smooth and flavorful sauce. Quick to make in a blender, it’s perfect for pasta, grilled meats, vegetables, or as a dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • Base: 3 cups chopped red bell pepper, ½ cup chicken broth
  • Flavorings: 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 tablespoons dried oregano, 2 teaspoons garlic powder
