Description

Easy Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken made with crispy air-fried chicken bites tossed in a creamy, sweet, and slightly spicy Bang Bang sauce for a fast and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

24 ounces frozen chicken bites or frozen popcorn chicken

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sriracha or chili sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place frozen chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Repeat cooking in batches if necessary until all chicken is cooked.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked chicken or gently toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

Cook chicken in batches for best crispiness.

Adjust sriracha and honey to control spice and sweetness.

Store extra sauce separately to keep chicken crispy.

Great served over rice, in wraps, or on salads.
