Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- In a saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; heat until warm.
- Place rice on a plate as the base.
- Add shredded chicken on top of the rice.
- Pour warm soup mixture over the chicken.
- Top with pineapple, coconut, green onions, almonds, tomatoes, and cheese.
