Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower (chopped)
2 cups broccoli (chopped)
2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
1 cup carrots (grated)
1/2 cup flatleaf parsley (chopped)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup organic raisins
Lemon Ginger Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
