Ingredients
For the Pizza Roll Foundation:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled or sliced

1 cup Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
¼ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Pizza Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into small rectangles, about 3×5 inches each.
- Add the Fillings: Spread pizza sauce on each rectangle, leaving a border. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and sausage.
- Roll the Pizza Rolls: Starting from one short end, roll up each rectangle tightly. Pinch edges to seal the rolls.
- Prepare the Doritos Coating: Mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Coat the Rolls: Roll each pizza roll in the Doritos mixture, pressing gently to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Bake the Rolls: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
- Serve: Cool for a minute, then serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
Notes
For a spicy version, use Flamin’ Hot Doritos instead of Nacho Cheese Doritos.
For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and use extra cheese or vegetables.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
