Description

Crispy Hot Honey Salmon Tenders are the perfect combination of golden-brown, crispy salmon bites with a sweet and spicy honey drizzle. Easy to prepare and packed with flavor, these tenders are a crowd-pleasing treat, perfect for dinner or as a snack. With just the right balance of heat and sweetness, they’re irresistible!

Ingredients

Salmon fillets, cut into strips

Breadcrumbs

Garlic powder

Paprika

Salt and pepper

1 egg (beaten for coating)

For the Hot Honey Sauce:

Honey

Chili flakes

Optional:

Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the Salmon:
    Cut salmon into tender-sized strips.

  3. Coat the Salmon:
Dip the salmon strips into the beaten egg, then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs (garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper).

  4. Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and golden.

  5. Make Hot Honey Sauce:
In a saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes until thin and spicy.

  6. Serve:
Drizzle the hot honey over the crispy salmon tenders and garnish with fresh herbs (optional).

Notes

Spicy Level: Adjust chili flakes to control the spice level. Use less for a mild flavor or more for extra heat.

Toppings and Dips: You can add fresh herbs for garnish or serve with dipping sauces like ranch, if desired.

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
