Ingredients
500g fresh Paris mushrooms (or button mushrooms)
2 eggs, beaten
60g all-purpose flour
100g breadcrumbs (panko or classic)
50g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying or oil spray for baking
