Description

Looking for a sweet, festive treat this holiday season? Try this Creamy Gingerbread Dip! Made with rich molasses, warm spices, and creamy ingredients, it’s a perfect no-bake dessert for parties and gatherings. Whip it up in just 10 minutes and enjoy the cozy, comforting flavors of gingerbread in a fun, dipable form.

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature

3 tbsp. molasses

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Small pinch ground cloves

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping

Gingerbread men sprinkles, snowflake sprinkles, or Christmas non-pareil sprinkles, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, molasses, brown sugar, and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  • Stir in the ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until all the spices are evenly incorporated.

  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip, making sure it’s fully mixed into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Refrigerate the dip until you’re ready to serve.

  • Just before serving, garnish with gingerbread men sprinkles, snowflake sprinkles, or Christmas non-pareil sprinkles, if desired.

  • Serve with mini Nilla Wafers, waffle cone pieces, animal crackers, or graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

Storage: Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Dairy-Free Option: Use dairy-free cream cheese and a non-dairy whipped topping for a completely dairy-free version.

Variations: Add more spices for extra warmth, or fold in some chocolate chips for a fun twist on the classic gingerbread flavor.

Make Ahead: This dip can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
