Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until evenly blended.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle rolled oats over the top, followed by chopped nuts if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Frozen blueberries can be used without thawing, though they may add extra moisture.
Full-fat cottage cheese provides a creamier texture.
