Description

A creamy, citrusy twist on a classic mimosa featuring fresh orange juice, half-and-half, and sweetened condensed milk topped with sparkling juice for a nostalgic creamsicle flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup half-and-half or evaporated coconut milk

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)

1 (750-mL) bottle sparkling juice

Orange wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass or measuring cup, stir together the orange juice, half-and-half, condensed milk, and orange liqueur until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Divide the creamy mixture evenly among glasses, then top with sparkling juice. Garnish with orange wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

Add a drop of vanilla extract to deepen the creamsicle flavor.

Blend in a little mango or peach purée for a fruitier twist.

Add citrus zest for extra brightness.

For a lighter version, dilute the creamy base with extra orange juice.
