Description

A sweet, creamy cinnamon-honey butter inspired by Texas Roadhouse that comes together in minutes and makes bread, rolls, and breakfast treats feel extra special.

Ingredients

1 stick salted butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Allow the butter to soften fully at room temperature until very soft but not melted.
  2. Add the butter, powdered sugar, honey, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients together until smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the butter to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving so it spreads easily.

Notes

Do not microwave the butter, as it affects the final texture.

Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted butter.

Nutmeg or pumpkin spice can be added for a seasonal twist.

Butter can be doubled easily for entertaining.

Freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months if needed.
