Description

These Cookie Dough Overnight Oats combine the irresistible flavor of cookie dough with healthy oats, almond butter, and chocolate chips for a quick, delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tablespoon creamy almond butter

2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon chocolate chips (plus more for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a jar or airtight container. Stir well to combine.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and cover the container with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning, stir the oats. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency. Top with more chocolate chips if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Use certified gluten-free oats to make this recipe gluten-free.

For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and vegan chocolate chips.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, perfect for meal prep!
