Description

A creamy, savory cheese spread layered with green onions, smoked turkey, and crunchy pecans, finished with a sweet-spicy pepper jelly center. This Company Cheese Spread is a stunning make-ahead appetizer that’s rich, flavorful, and perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

3 green onions, chopped

1 cup finely diced smoked turkey

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

3/4 cup pepper jelly or other jam (for serving)

Topping:

1 cup chopped pecans

2 green onions, chopped

1/3 cup finely diced smoked turkey

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-cup bundt pan with plastic wrap, allowing it to hang over the edges for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, green onions, smoked turkey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined and creamy.
  3. Sprinkle the topping mixture (pecans, extra smoked turkey, and green onions) evenly into the bottom of the lined bundt pan.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture on top, pressing gently to fill the pan evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to firm up and allow flavors to blend.
  6. When ready to serve, remove the top wrap, invert the bundt pan onto a serving platter, and carefully lift it off. Peel away the plastic liner.
  7. Spoon pepper jelly into the center of the cheese ring and serve with crackers, pretzels, or bread slices.

Notes

Make it spicier with diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper.

Swap the pepper jelly for fruit jams like apricot or raspberry for a sweeter variation.

Use different cheeses such as Monterey Jack, gouda, or pepper jack for unique flavor twists.

Line the pan well with plastic wrap to ensure easy removal and clean edges.

Store leftovers covered in the fridge up to 4 days; do not freeze.
