Description

This Coffee Sauce is a no-cook sweet dessert sauce made with just 3 ingredients. It’s perfect for adding a rich coffee flavor to ice cream, cake, or coffee drinks.


Ingredients

3 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso

2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, dark rum, bourbon, or other liquor

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant coffee granules and brewed coffee or liquor until the coffee is mostly dissolved. Some small flecks of coffee may remain.
  2. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Serve the sauce immediately over ice cream, cakes, or use it in your coffee drinks for a rich coffee flavor boost.

Notes

Non-Alcoholic Version: Replace the liquor with extra brewed coffee or espresso.

Flavored Coffee: Experiment with flavored coffee or coffee syrups for a fun twist.

Vegan Option: Use sweetened condensed coconut milk or another dairy-free alternative for a vegan version.
