Description

Clam Bruschetta is a flavorful and easy-to-make appetizer that brings together the creamy goodness of cream cheese, the savory taste of clams, and the richness of Swiss cheese, all served on crisp, golden-brown baguette rounds. Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1 (6.5-ounce) can chopped clams, drained

1/3 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped (including some green parts)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Dash of paprika for each bread round

18 sliced rounds of French baguette


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, clams, Swiss cheese, green onions, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each slice of baguette.
  3. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top of each bread round for extra flavor and color.

Notes
