Description

A warm, comforting cinnamon-sugar dessert pizza with a soft crust, buttery cinnamon topping, and sweet vanilla icing drizzle that feels nostalgic and easy to share.


Ingredients

1 pizza dough ball (store-bought or homemade, halal-certified)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup powdered sugar

12 tablespoons milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes if using store-bought dough.
  2. Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
