Description

These adorable Cinna-Bunnies are the perfect Easter morning treat! Made with store-bought cinnamon rolls, this simple yet festive breakfast option is both quick and fun to prepare. Shaped like bunnies, they’re a creative and delicious alternative to traditional bunny pancakes. Drizzle with icing, add a cute bow, and enjoy a sweet start to your holiday!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Immaculate Baking organic cinnamon rolls (or any preferred brand)
  • Icing (usually comes with the cinnamon rolls)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Place six cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet.
  • Unroll one cinnamon roll at a time and cut it into strips about 8 inches long. Adjust the length for larger or smaller bunny ears.
  • Fold the strips into an “M” shape to form bunny ears.
  • Attach the ears to the top of each cinnamon roll, securing the ends to the roll to hold the shape.
  • Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Drizzle with icing and optionally add a pink bow to make the bunnies extra cute.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
  • You can make these ahead by refrigerating them overnight before baking.
  • Add extra decorative touches like fruit, whipped cream, or powdered sugar to customize.
