Description
A fun and indulgent dessert pizza made with a chewy sugar cookie crust, smooth chocolate ganache topping, and a variety of sweet, customizable toppings sliced and served just like pizza.
Ingredients
1 package sugar cookie dough (16 oz)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan, forming a round crust.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden at the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let the crust cool completely.
- Heat the heavy cream until steaming, then pour it over the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth and glossy, forming a chocolate ganache.
- Spread the ganache evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the top.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Toppings can be customized with candy, fruit, or crushed cookies.
Use dark chocolate for a less sweet version.
Wipe the knife between cuts for clean slices.
Best served chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.
