Description

Chicken Alfredo Flatbread is a cheesy, flavorful flatbread pizza topped with creamy Alfredo sauce, seasoned chicken, sausage or turkey, juicy tomatoes, and gooey mozzarella. This quick and satisfying recipe is perfect for lunch, dinner, or weekend cravings.

Ingredients

1 recipe flatbread dough (homemade or store-bought)

1 recipe Alfredo sauce (or store-bought)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 pan-seared chicken breast, diced

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/3 cup cooked, cubed beef sausage or smoked turkey slices

Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: Make your flatbread dough and let it rest or rise as directed.

  • Cook Chicken: Season and pan-sear chicken breast until golden and cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

  • Cook Sausage/Turkey: Lightly brown the sausage or turkey slices in a skillet and cube them.

  • Make Alfredo Sauce: Prepare the Alfredo sauce and set aside (or use a jarred version).

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Assemble Flatbread: Roll out flatbread dough. Spread Alfredo sauce over the surface, then layer on mozzarella, chicken, tomatoes, and sausage/turkey.

  • Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Serve: Garnish with Parmesan if desired, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use naan or pita bread for a fast store-bought flatbread option.

  • Add fresh herbs like basil or parsley after baking for an extra pop of flavor.
