Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of garlic sauce on each tortilla and evenly distribute the cooked chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Fold the tortillas over the filling, forming wraps. Grill them in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas become crispy.
  • Remove from the pan, slice in half, and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add sautéed peppers and onions for extra vegetables.
  • Swap in pepper jack cheese for a spicy kick.
  • Try adding a thin layer of cream cheese for a richer flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat by grilling in a pan for a few minutes on each side to restore crispiness.
