Ingredients
- 5–6 medium carrots (approximately 400g), finely grated
- 100g sugar
- 100g white yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 150g coconut flour
- Coconut flakes (for rolling)
- Chocolate granules (for decoration)

- Wash, peel, and finely grate the carrots.
