Description

This Cadbury Fudge with Creme Eggs recipe is the ultimate chocolate indulgence, combining creamy chocolate fudge with the gooey delight of Cadbury Creme Eggs. Perfect for Easter or any chocolate lover’s craving, this easy-to-make dessert requires minimal ingredients and delivers rich, velvety fudge topped with irresistible Creme Egg halves. The creamy texture and melt-in-your-mouth goodness will make it a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 10 Cadbury Creme Eggs
  • 2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces chocolate almond bark, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cut the Cadbury Creme Eggs in half lengthwise and set aside.
  • In a double boiler, heat the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate almond bark, butter, and salt over medium heat. Stir frequently.
  • Once the mixture is nearly melted, reduce the heat to low and stir continuously until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and immediately press the Cadbury Creme Egg halves gently on top.
  • Let the fudge cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until fully set.

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter fudge, you can use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • For a twist, try using Cadbury Caramel Eggs or Cadbury Chocolate Creme Eggs.
  • You can also add nuts such as walnuts or almonds for added texture and flavor.
  • For quicker cooling, refrigerate the fudge after it has cooled at room temperature for 30 minutes.
