Ingredients
1 pound fresh bok choy, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (shiitake, button, or your choice)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the Vegetables: Rinse bok choy under cold water and chop into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
