Ingredients

1 pound fresh bok choy, chopped

8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (shiitake, button, or your choice)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the Vegetables: Rinse bok choy under cold water and chop into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
