Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups whole milk
1 cup dulce de leche
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup granulated sugar
15–20 Biscoff cookies, half crushed into fine crumbs, half broken into chunks
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix into cold milk following package instructions until thickened. Chill slightly.
- Peel and slice bananas into thin, even rounds.
- Crush half the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and break the rest into chunks.
- In a large glass dish or individual jars, layer pudding, banana slices, a drizzle of dulce de leche, and Biscoff crumbs. Repeat layers, finishing with whipped cream and cookie chunks on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld and pudding set before serving.
Notes
Use light or coconut milk for a lighter or dairy-free version.
