Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
For the crunch topping:
1 cup crushed cornflakes or granola
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
