Ingredients
2 large flatbreads
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional, for heat)
Olive oil for brushing
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the BBQ Chicken: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until it’s well coated. Set aside.
- Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the top of each flatbread with olive oil.
- Add the Toppings: Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each flatbread. Scatter the sliced red onion over the chicken, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of hot sauce or extra jalapeños for more heat.
If you don’t like heat, simply skip the jalapeños for a milder version.
