Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon:
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Pan-Sear: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes on a lined sheet pan.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Combine and Serve:
- Toss the cooked salmon with the sauce or drizzle over the top. Garnish with fresh herbs or sesame seeds.
