Ingredients
For the Chicken Skewers:
1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat level)

Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Optional:
Hot honey for drizzling

Cube the chicken thighs (or breasts) into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
