Description

These Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones are a fun and portable twist on two classic desserts! A creamy banana cheesecake filling is spooned into crisp waffle cones and topped with fresh bananas, whipped cream, and crushed vanilla wafers. This no-bake dessert is perfect for parties, gatherings, or a special treat at home!

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup banana puree (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers

For the Cones:

  • 1012 waffle cones or sugar cones

For Garnish:

  • Sliced bananas
  • Whipped cream
  • Additional crushed vanilla wafers
  • Caramel drizzle (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Blend in sour cream and heavy cream until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Fold in banana puree and crushed vanilla wafers.
  5. Chill the filling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

Assemble the Cones:

  1. Stand the waffle cones upright in a cone holder or glasses for stability.
  2. Fill each cone with the chilled cheesecake mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

Garnish:

  1. Top each cone with sliced bananas, a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafers.
  2. Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.

Serve:

  1. Enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor!

Notes

  • Prevent Sogginess – Brush the inside of the cones with melted chocolate and let it set before filling.
  • Gluten-Free Option – Use gluten-free cones and wafers.
  • Make-Ahead Friendly – Store filling separately and assemble cones just before serving.
  • Leftover Ideas – Use extra filling as a dip for fruit or spread on toast.
