1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each into a circle.
-
Add the filling: Place a spoonful of mozzarella, a bit of pizza sauce, and your chosen toppings in the center of each biscuit.
-
Seal: Fold and pinch the dough around the filling to form a tight ball.
-
Season: Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using).
-
Cook: Place in the air fryer basket with space between each. Cook for 6–8 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
-
Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly. Serve with extra pizza sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
Cheese: Try cheddar, provolone, or a cheese blend.
Spicy Option: Add jalapeños or drizzle with hot sauce.
