Description

Juicy air fryer chicken thighs with a crisp, golden exterior and bold, savory seasoning, perfect for a fast and reliable weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs and toss until evenly coated in the marinade.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes if time allows.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best crisping.

Bone-in thighs can be used with increased cooking time.

Letting the chicken rest keeps it juicy.

Great with roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
