Ingredients
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and toss until evenly coated in the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes if time allows.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best crisping.
Bone-in thighs can be used with increased cooking time.
Letting the chicken rest keeps it juicy.
