Ingredients

Ground beef

½ cup peanut butter

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Spring roll or rice paper wrappers

Water (for sealing wrappers)

1 tbsp lime juice (optional)

1 tbsp honey (optional)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef:

    • In a preheated skillet, cook ground beef until browned.

    • Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 2–3 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Sauce:

    • In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, and water until smooth.

    • Stir in lime juice and honey if desired.

    • Mix the sauce into the cooked beef.

  3. Assemble the Rolls:

    • Place a small amount of the beef mixture in the center of each spring roll wrapper.

    • Roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.

  4. Fry the Rolls:

    • In a pan with a bit of oil, fry the rolls for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh cilantro or chopped peanuts and serve warm.

Notes

Spicy Kick: Add chili flakes or a splash of sriracha to the peanut sauce for some heat.
