Description

These 2-Ingredient Onion Ring Chips are a low-carb, keto-friendly twist on classic onion rings. Made with just onions and parmesan cheese, they’re crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. A quick and easy snack or side dish, these onion ring chips are ready in less than 30 minutes!


Ingredients

2 small white onions, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds

7 oz shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Salt, garlic powder, and paprika, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Sprinkle a thin, even layer of parmesan cheese on the baking sheet.

  • Place the onion rings on the cheese, ensuring they don’t overlap.

  • Brush the tops of the onion rings with olive oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.


Notes

Add extra seasoning like chili powder or cumin for a more flavorful twist.

You can substitute mozzarella cheese for a meltier texture.
