Ingredients
2 small white onions, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
7 oz shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, garlic powder, and paprika, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sprinkle a thin, even layer of parmesan cheese on the baking sheet.

Place the onion rings on the cheese, ensuring they don’t overlap.

Brush the tops of the onion rings with olive oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.

Notes
